Confusion

Do you sometimes find the Christian life confusing? Do you admit it to yourself? There seem to be long stretches of time where nothing makes sense. You have no answers to your questions, and definitely nothing for anyone else. Does it make you feel like less of a Christian when you are confused? If it makes you feel any better, even the prophets and kings of the bible felt the same way sometimes.

Growing up…

Remember when you were young…and life was so full of complicated choices? Has it changed? I’m 45 and still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up! I used to think that I would have it figured out. I can decide what it is I want to do and then do it! Meanwhile I waffled through a career that I was blessed to have. I have dabbled in design, business and distance learning. So often I catch myself sounding as if I’m still 18 years old. The questions are still there.
